We collect the information you submit through our analysis request form: your full name, property address, phone number, and email address. We also pull publicly available property data from your county appraisal district (CAD) record once you submit your property.

SMS messages are sent only with your prior express written consent given through our web form. Voice contact is initiated only to leads who have provided a phone number for the purpose of receiving service communications.

Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are used solely by Vencia for service communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

When you provide SMS consent, we record the timestamp, IP address, browser user agent, page URL, and the exact disclosure text version you agreed to. These records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act statute of limitations.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request deletion of your records or a copy of your data by emailing support@vencia.net.
