Vencia provides property tax research and advisory services consisting of: market valuation analyses, equity comparable research, hearing preparation materials, and a pre-hearing telephone consultation. The deliverable is a finished evidence packet provided to the homeowner.

Vencia is not a law firm. Vencia does not provide legal representation and does not act as an agent before any appraisal review board (ARB), county appraisal district (CAD), or other taxing authority. The homeowner is the filer and presenter of record for any protest. Vencia does not sign any Appointment of Agent (Form 50-162) or appear at any hearing on the homeowner's behalf.

Engagement fees are flat, disclosed upfront after the free analysis, and paid in advance of packet preparation. Vencia does not work on contingency. Fees are for research and preparation services rendered, not for any specific outcome.

Outcomes of property tax protests depend on homeowner presentation and ARB discretion. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Vencia makes no guarantee of any specific reduction in assessed value or tax savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vencia's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
